Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Client Servicing & Onboarding Associate. The associate will be responsible for managing client services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting customer service operations. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, addressing their needs, and facilitating their onboarding process. The associate will also handle finance-related inquiries and provide ongoing support to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Client Services and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Finance-related awareness and understanding
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in the wellness or food industry is a plus
