Location: Panscheel Park, South Delhi

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Client Servicing professional to join our team. The role involves building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring smooth execution of projects. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, making sure deliverables meet expectations and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and digital teams to ensure project deliverables.
  • Prepare and share reports, presentations, and updates with clients regularly.
  • Address client queries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management / Customer Relationship (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, branding, or creative services will be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
