Job Description

Location : Delhi / Gurgaon

The ideal candidate will be a storyteller and skilled in making presentations to pitch unique event concepts.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the end-to-end client servicing process, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations that effectively communicate event concepts, ideas, and progress.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality events within timelines and budgets.
- Manage key client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on expectations.
- Drive post-event follow-ups and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
- Participate in daily meetings, weekly reviews, and monthly reviews to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Ensure that client satisfaction drives growth.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5-15 years of experience in client servicing within the events industry.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proven track record in client pitching and event execution.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in meeting sales targets and achieving growth.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling presentations.
