Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees ensuring all documentation is completed.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement activities and conflict resolution.
• Payroll & Attendance Management: Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll processing accurately. Ensure timely salary disbursements and address any payroll-related queries.
• Compliance & Legal: Ensure that the company adheres to labor laws and HR policies. Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance appraisals and employee feedback systems. Support in developing career growth plans for employees.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and help in organizing relevant training sessions to improve employee performance.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in HR roles preferably in the textile or manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in HR management software and MS Office applications. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
