Freelance Recruiter

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Freelance Recruiter to join our team on a project basis. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent for various positions within our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help them find qualified candidates. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications. Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) to source potential candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to create shortlists of qualified candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Conduct reference and background checks as required. Negotiate employment terms and prepare hiring contracts. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines. Stay informed about trends and developments in the recruitment industry.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a freelance capacity. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management systems. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks independently. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
