**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Analysis**:

- Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing reports and dashboards that provide insights into operational performance.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Collaborate with senior team members to evaluate current operational processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvements and contribute to the implementation of solutions.
- **Support Project Management**:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities.
- Help coordinate project resources and track milestones to ensure timely completion.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work with various departments (e.g., finance, logistics, customer service) to gather information and support operational initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on operational strategies.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare, maintain, and distribute documentation related to operations, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and project plans.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational activities.
- **Customer Support**:

- Assist in addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to operations.
- Support the development of customer service initiatives that enhance overall satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BSC/MSC) in Mathematics or a related field.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and operational management software.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support cross-functional initiatives.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in operations or a related field (internships or projects during studies can be considered).
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and process optimization methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
