Fabrication Incharge

Estimation of resources and associated cost, quantity estimation of fabrication enquiry from cilents.
- To making the profit break up and calculating the average profit of entire order.
- To prepare the BOQ / Work Order & coordinating with the design department for fabrication drawings.
- To coordinate with the production team for any fabrication drawings and resolve related queries.
- Experience in Fabrication Works, preferably in Heavy Fabrication, Duct works and industrial heavy machinery.
- Managing all activities of fabrication yard.
- Experience and knowledge in estimation of structures and all type of equipments.
- Good Knowledge of Structural Fabrication techniques.
- Expert in material usage, reference codes and welding techniques.
- Optimization of Scrap and offcuts.
- Experience in managing team of fitters, welders & helpers.
- Monitoring the program: Planned vs Achievement as per the target.
- Interacting with Engineer's Representatives and internal departments.
- Good Knowledge of all type of Drawing Reading
- Safe working conditions and Safe acts of all workmen and machineries.
- Quality Control at every stages.
- Documentation of all process related reports as per ISO requirements.
- Handling team of engineers and workmen.
- Sub-Contractor handling for ease of fabrication and their productivity

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
