JobDescription:

We are seeking aproactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team in thetextile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible foroverseeing various HR functions including recruitment employeerelations payroll and compliance. The HR Executive will ensure thatHR practices are aligned with the company’s goals andmaintain a healthy work environment.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Recruitment &Onboarding:

    • Handleendtoend recruitment process including job postings candidatescreening interviews and selection.
    • Facilitatethe onboarding process for new employees ensuring all documentationis completed.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Act as a point of contact for employeeconcerns and grievances.
    • Foster a positivework environment through employee engagement activities andconflict resolution.
  • Payroll & AttendanceManagement:

    • Manageemployee attendance leave records and payroll processingaccurately.
    • Ensure timely salary disbursementsand address any payrollrelated queries.
  • Compliance &Legal:

    • Ensure thatthe company adheres to labor laws and HR policies.
    • Maintain accurate employee records in compliance withstatutory requirements.
  • PerformanceManagement:

    • Assist inthe implementation of performance appraisals and employee feedbacksystems.
    • Support in developing career growthplans for employees.
  • Training &Development:

    • Identifytraining needs and help in organizing relevant training sessions toimprove employee performance.
  • HRReporting:

    • Maintainand update HR databases and prepare regular reports on HRmetrics.

Qualifications &Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration or a related field.
  • 24 years ofexperience in HR roles preferably in the textile or manufacturingsector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes laborlaws and best practices.
  • Excellentcommunication interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in HR management software and MS Officeapplications.
  • Ability to handle confidentialinformation with discretion.
