About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Manager to oversee customer satisfaction, parties, and events at one of our vibrant locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, feedback, and issues, ensuring a prompt and positive response to foster customer loyalty.
  • Event & Party Coordination: Manage all aspects of party and event bookings, including planning, setup, guest communication, and post-event follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with guests, creating a welcoming and engaging environment that encourages repeat visits and referrals.
  • Staff Coordination: Work closely with the operations and floor teams to ensure adequate staffing, setup, and readiness for events and support with staff training on customer service standards.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive event and party bookings by actively engaging potential clients, presenting attractive packages, upselling additional services, and working with marketing to promote offerings.
  • Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints or issues effectively, working with the center team to find swift and satisfactory resolutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, event planning, or guest services, ideally within the hospitality, retail, or entertainment sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively (English and Hindi) with customers and team members alike.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events and bookings simultaneously.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for driving bookings and promoting customer loyalty.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding solutions that enhance the guest experience.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak times as required.
