About the Position

The Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship (GAME) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mass Entrepreneurship Program Manager - Ecosystem Developer to join its team. This role will play a vital part in coordinating and managing programs, ensuring effective stakeholder management, providing support to the Mission Director, and ensuring adherence to partner budgets with strong liaison, coordination, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with various key stakeholders involved in program implementation, including partner organizations, government agencies, community representatives, and other relevant entities.
  • Project Management: Utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor alliance-driven projects. Develop project plans, track progress, identify risks and mitigation strategies, and ensure effective coordination and communication among stakeholders.
  • MIS and Documentation: Develop and maintain a robust Management Information System (MIS) to collect, analyze, and report program-related data. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of program activities, progress, and outcomes.
  • Marketing & Go-Live Support to Partners: Provide guidance and support to partner organizations in implementing marketing strategies and promoting program activities. Collaborate with partners to develop marketing collateral, conduct awareness campaigns, and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Partnership Agreements: Draft and negotiate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with partner organizations, outlining the terms and conditions of collaboration, mutual goals, responsibilities, and expected outcomes.
  • Impact Assessment: Conduct impact assessments to evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of alliance initiatives. Collect and analyze data, measure progress against predefined metrics, and generate reports highlighting the social, economic, and environmental impact of partnerships.
  • Organize Review Meetings: Plan and conduct regular review meetings with key stakeholders to evaluate the progress of entrepreneurship programs, identify challenges, and propose necessary actions for improvement.

About the Job

This is a full-time position based in Nagpur, India. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in program management, entrepreneurship ecosystem development, or managing initiatives related to MSMEs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics and a postgraduate degree or certification in project management, public administration, or a related field.
