Job Title: Zone Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Zone Sales Manager to lead our life insurance business growth in a designated zone. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a sales professional with excellent leadership skills.

About the Team:

You will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and exceeding sales targets. Our team is passionate about life insurance and committed to making a positive impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Bank's Zonal officers to ensure alignment on life insurance business strategies and objectives.
  • Visit zones, regions, districts, and branches to interact with Zonal, Regional officers, and Bank branch managers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Guide and support your team to achieve sales targets, maintaining high productivity and quality of recruits.
  • Ensure activation, persistency, and productivity are maintained, while ensuring quality of recruits.
  • Maintain and drive compliance at the zone level.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Supervisors, Team members (Regional officers, KAMs), Ops, Underwriting, and Legal departments.
  • Bilateral partnerships with IDFC First – Channel Partner to foster sales growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of [6] years of experience in life insurance sales or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Good product knowledge and understanding of the life insurance industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
