Senior Operations Executive

At our organization, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in ServiceNow administration, specifically with hands-on experience in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, including GRC modules to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Perform DevOps activities, such as code deployments across environments, to maintain platform stability.
  • Develop and implement fixes for production defects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems to prevent data inconsistencies.
  • Resolve ServiceNow incidents, providing thorough root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability to ensure secure access.
  • Support audits and compliance reporting, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
  • Ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
  • Automate operational tasks to enhance productivity and reduce manual errors.
  • Maintain detailed operational documentation and runbooks to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules, demonstrating expertise in governance, risk, and compliance processes.
  • ServiceNow certifications include CSA, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals, and GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation.
  • Experience in ServiceNow support & maintenance, including incident resolution, to ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Proven experience with code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes, showcasing technical expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge in real-world scenarios.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management, to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) is a plus, demonstrating proficiency in automation and customization.
