Job Overview

The position of Chief Administrative Officer involves overseeing the daily operations of educational institutions, ensuring seamless execution and efficient management of administrative tasks.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating administrative activities related to school operations
  • Purchasing curriculum resources and inventory for primary, middle, and senior schools
  • Maintaining accurate records on student and staff data, circulars, school events, tests, examinations, trips, etc.
  • Establishing quality benchmarks for various services impacting teaching and learning as well as school safety
  • Ensuring timely arrangements for professional development programs, workshops, field trips, SPA, sports day, annual concert, or any other special event

The ideal candidate should possess a business degree, 5-8 years of experience, with at least 2 years in the education sector. Desired qualifications include an MBA in finance, marketing, or operations, and experience in education, telecom, insurance, retail, or IT training industries.

The successful candidate will exhibit strong functional and behavioral competencies, including business acumen, planning and organization skills, problem-solving abilities, relationship building, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
