Job Summary
This is a full-time remote role for an HR Assistant who will support the HR department in daily administrative tasks, assist in HR management activities, manage Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and help with benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in HR management activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Manage HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee data and perform analytics.
- Coordinate benefits administration, including open enrollment and changes in benefits.
- Participate in training initiatives to develop skills and knowledge.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in HR and HR Management.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Skills in Benefits Administration.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
