Job Summary
- We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our client acquisition efforts.
Description
This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our team and take charge of business development, leveraging their expertise in wealth management, PMS/AIF advisory, or private banking.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background from premier institutions and be willing to obtain the NISM Series XXI-B (Portfolio Managers) certification. They should have demonstrated success managing HNI/UHNI relationships, particularly with younger or tech-savvy clients.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage AI-powered tools and CRM software to enhance client engagement and drive sales growth.
- Own the end-to-end client journey, ensuring seamless onboarding, portfolio discussions, and relationship building.
- Communicate investment strategies effectively, focusing on our hyper-personalization, goal-focused, and quant & AI-driven approach.
- Collect structured client feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product direction.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in wealth management, PMS/AIF advisory, or private banking.
- Strong network and relationships with HNI/UHNI clients.
