Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to organize, plan, and implement project-specific sales initiatives, ensuring revenue targets are met for the region or project.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, with a minimum of 4-6 years in the real estate sector.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and solve complex problems efficiently.
  • Strong management and leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, enabling effective relationships with clients and builders.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is ₹35-45 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
