Property Manager Job Description About the Role:

This role involves managing daily operations at a site, ensuring technical services meet client requirements, and overseeing all electromechanical operations, their repair, and maintenance.

  • Develops/maintains effective Asset specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals.
  • Ensures proper signoffs for attendance and all required details for cost sheet submission.
  • Submits timely client-approved cost sheets to the office and follows up for invoices.
  • Submits invoices to clients and follows up on payments.
Key Responsibilities:

The Property Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Hiring, training, and developing shift engineers and maintenance staff.
  2. Maintaining service level agreements and performance indicator scores above excellence.
  3. Overseeing all vendor quotations and invoices.
  4. Ensuring timely submission of client-approved cost sheets and following up for invoices.
  5. Managing engineering operational accounts for buildings as required and assisting in budgeting.
Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
