About The Madras Seva Sadan, a prestigious institution in Chennai, has been dedicated to the holistic development of individuals for over 90 years.

The organization comprises various prominent units such as the Lady Andal IB School, Sir Mutha CBSE School, and The Madras Seva Sadan Higher Secondary School.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional with 7 to 10 years of experience in HNI & Individual Giving fundraising.

The ideal candidate should have experience in business development and fundraising, with a proven track record in developing and implementing CSR strategies.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a robust fundraising plan to secure large-ticket donations from HNIs, alumni, and philanthropists.
  • Creating an extensive database of HNI / potential donors using wealth intelligence tools and personal network.
  • Tracking donor engagement and donation metrics, and reporting them to the management at regular intervals.
  • Creativethe powerful pitches, proposals to drive closures successfully.
  • Collaborating with the Communications team to create high-impact presentations, events, and experiences for prospects.
  • Representing TMSS at relevant networking events, donor meetings, and sector gatherings.

Skill requirements include:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, social sciences, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with HNIs/UHNI/CSR in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka.
  • Proven track record of securing high-value donations from HNI/UHNI/Foundations/Grants.
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator (Bilingual - Tamil/English).
  • Should be an individual contributor and comfortable leading pitches and closures to senior management.
