Ecommerce Platform Optimization Specialist

As an Ecommerce Platform Optimization Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer experiences by optimizing the performance and conversion rates of our D2C website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of website performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze full-funnel performance, from ad click to checkout, to understand customer journey pain points.
  • Identify friction points using tools like heatmaps, scroll depth, rage clicks, and session recordings.
  • Prioritize hypotheses based on impact and ease of implementation, and develop strategies to optimize customer journey.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in ecommerce platform optimization or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Clarity or similar tools, as well as A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
