Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will oversee the recruitment process from start to finish. They will collaborate with department heads to forecast and fulfill hiring needs, implement employer branding and campus hiring strategies, and maintain metrics.

Onboarding & Orientation

The successful candidate will design and manage smooth onboarding programs, facilitating documentation, system access, policy briefings, and buddy programs. They will ensure compliance with background checks and HR records.

HR Operations & Compliance

They will maintain and update HR systems, ensuring legal compliance with labor laws, employee benefits, and HR documentation. They will partner with finance for payroll coordination.

Performance Management

The candidate will implement and manage performance appraisals, coaching managers on goal setting, feedback, and improvement plans. They will track and analyze performance trends.

Employee Engagement & Culture

They will drive engagement initiatives, surveys, rewards, and recognition programs, acting as the go-to person for employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution. They will foster a positive work environment and company culture.

Compensation & Benefits

The candidate will support compensation benchmarking and reviews, administering benefits, leaves, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.

Exit & Offboarding

They will manage resignations, exit interviews, full-and-final settlements, analyzing attrition data and recommending retention strategies. They will ensure smooth transition and knowledge handovers.
