Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to synchronize human resources initiatives with business goals.
  • Design and implement impactful programs that strengthen culture, boost engagement, and foster retention.
  • Lead the entire employee lifecycle, crafting memorable experiences from onboarding to alumni relations.
  • Establish scalable frameworks for learning, mentorship, internal mobility, and succession planning.
  • Drive performance management with modern, outcome-driven systems that encourage ownership and recognition.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, resolving employee relations with empathy and fairness.
  • Effectively influence organizational transformation and change management initiatives with agility and measurable impact.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to measure HR program effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including strong exposure to HR business partnering at leadership level.
  • Proven track record of implementing scalable HR strategies in high-growth organizations.
  • Expertise in employee engagement, organizational design, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to leaders.
  • Solid knowledge of performance management, recognition systems, and HR analytics.
