Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to drive large-scale, high-visibility projects that impact business and customer experience. As a Chief Innovation Strategist, you will play a key role in driving technology-based solutions that improve business metrics and align with leadership objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ambiguity Management: You will work in a new environment with no clear path or solution defined earlier.
  • Innovation Development: Develop the strategy to improve business performance and align with executive leadership.
  • Tech Solutions: Develop technology-first solutions to reduce manual dependency and drive cost-effective, centralized teams.
  • Data Analysis: Dive deep into data, analyze trends, and provide data-driven solutions to eliminate defects upstream.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Understand partner teams' problems, identify sweet spots, and enable premium relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Results Delivery: Work backwards from business impact and customer experience to define steps to be followed.

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will have innovation management skills, ability to conduct in-depth analyses, think big, and identify game-changing opportunities. You will deliver solutions and programs that are technology-based, highly scalable, secure, and flexible, while maintaining customer and business partner focus.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify, define, and specify solutions meeting our customers' and selling partners' needs. Targets include process standardization, automation, and business metrics. You will engage with the business and support service teams and build customer confidence through quality delivery, robust processes, and sound reporting metrics.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 years of innovation or project management experience.
  • 3 years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  • 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Pivot Tables, VLookUps at an advanced level.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL queries.
  • Innovation management certificate.
  • Lean Six Sigma certificate.
  • Master's degree.
