Job Summary

This role is responsible for developing periodic forecasts and annual plans, working closely with senior management to ensure alignment with business objectives.

The successful candidate will provide stakeholders with in-depth analysis and insights into revenue and cost aspects, leveraging their finance knowledge to create and analyze reports.

They will review actuals against plans monthly, including account analysis, and drive process improvement initiatives that impact the function.

Additionally, they will work on key internal and external presentations, utilizing Excel and larger databases to provide insights as requested.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years or 5-12 years of experience, preferably in the IT industry.">
  • Preferred CA or MBA degree.">
  • Experience working with corporate finance at FP&A function or business finance.">
  • Sharp analytical skills and excellent Microsoft Office skills with advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.">
  • Ability to work across multiple teams, manage timelines, and influence top management with data and analysis.">

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the IT industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with financial planning and analysis tools.
