Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented analyst to support our strategic business intelligence initiatives.

This role will work closely with our lead SME and client stakeholders to optimize business intelligence solutions, including ETL development, dashboard inventory, and performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure business intelligence instances, manage user roles, and set up data governance policies.\
  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines using advanced data transformation techniques.\
  • Develop and enhance dashboards using interactive visualization tools.\
  • Monitor data refreshes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality and performance.\
  • Support the inventory and classification of existing dashboards, document usage, ownership, and business relevance.\

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.\
  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.\

About This Role:

\

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a business intelligence analyst. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work closely with our stakeholders to optimize business intelligence solutions.

\

As a business intelligence analyst, you will be responsible for configuring business intelligence instances, managing user roles, and setting up data governance policies. You will also build and maintain ETL pipelines, develop and enhance dashboards, and monitor data refreshes.

\

Additionally, you will support the inventory and classification of existing dashboards, document usage, ownership, and business relevance. You will collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into business intelligence solutions.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, 2–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, and 1+ years of hands-on experience with business intelligence platforms (ETL, dashboarding, dataflows).
