Business Intelligence Analyst Position

Job Summary:

This role involves working with data analytics platforms to identify business opportunities and drive decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify problem statements that can be solved through data analysis and visualization using business intelligence analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to understand these problem statements.
  • Extract relevant data from various sources and perform data cleaning, validation, and quality assessment.
  • Provide inputs to improve data collection and validation at the point of capture.
  • Move data between source and target systems, showcasing insights as data visualizations.
  • Build and maintain data repositories while ensuring data integrity.
  • Brainstorm ideas and create prototypes for future tools and products.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or electronics.
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in logical thinking, data analytics, quantitative analysis, and algorithm optimization.
  • Understanding of database, analytics, and application programming languages such as Python and R.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence analytics platforms and Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.

  • Ability to learn on the job and experiment with different technologies.
  • Effective communication skills to respond to customers.
  • Constructive thinking to deal with difficult situations.
