Account Development Manager

Are you passionate about driving growth and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients/customers? We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as an Account Development Manager at SmartQ.
Fostering sustainable and profitable relationships with key clients is at the heart of this role. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships, and negotiating contracts to maximize revenue growth.
We strive to understand our clients' requirements through empathy and provide solutions that are both scalable and sustainable. Our cutting-edge technology has streamlined cafeteria operations across the globe in multiple industries, and we believe in serving our clients and users wholeheartedly.
In this role, you will lead our sales efforts, develop and maintain relationships with food service institutions, and manage individual expenses within budget guidelines. You will also be responsible for attending client meetings, negotiations, and other events related to clients.
We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability to make independent decisions. The ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing environments is essential. Experience in the food industry and knowledge of QHSE standards are necessary.
A salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year is offered based on your experience and qualifications.
