About Amazon International Seller Services

At Amazon International Seller Services, our mission is to empower Sellers on the Amazon platform. We provide essential support to new Sellers from their launch to ensuring they succeed by leveraging various programs and tools.

We're seeking an experienced Account Development Manager who will champion the needs of our Sellers at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for recruiting Sellers, managing their relationships, and driving the growth of their businesses through strategic partnerships and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospects/partners to approach, communicate the value proposition for their business, and establish long-term, successful partnerships
- Manage key improvement initiatives and projects, including new product launches and relationship extensions
- Work with Sellers to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience
- Track and report performance using appropriate metrics, achieving productivity and seller satisfaction targets

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- German Certification: B2 level or higher; excellent communication skills in written and oral German
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science or Business) and 0-3 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent communication skills in written and oral English; ability to face external and internal partners professionally
- Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications
- Interest in e-commerce/online business; attention to detail; capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media
- Background in account management, marketing, buying, or customer service delivery

Average Annual Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 based on location and experience
