Senior Operations Strategist

A high-level role that drives strategic initiatives, manages cross-functional projects, optimizes business processes, and facilitates internal and external communication.

This position is ideal for a future entrepreneur with a strong background in consulting, start-ups, D2C, FMCG, or the beauty/personal care industry.

The successful candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, be comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities, and have 2–4 years of experience in a related field.

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Partner with the leadership team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan, set goals, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee and drive key strategic initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth within the target market.
  • Communication & Alignment:
    • Serve as a communication conduit between executives, departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely information flow.
  • Market & Product Strategy:
    • Conduct market research to inform product positioning and competitiveness, and identify new revenue streams for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Support & Planning:

  • Project Management:

Requirements:
