Job Title: Service Engineer
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support for installations across various regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints, commissioning calls, and resolving service issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess strong technical troubleshooting skills, knowledge of installation and commissioning standards, excellent customer handling abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction and efficiency improvements. A Diploma or Graduate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required, preferably with Gas Engine experience, and 3-4 years of relevant experience in field service, installation, or maintenance.
Benefits: As a Service Engineer at our company, you will contribute towards Annual Operating Plan (AOP) growth through effective service delivery and customer engagement. Your performance indicators will include timely closure of customer complaints, reduction in service Turnaround Time (TAT) & Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), number of commissioning activities completed successfully, contribution to aftermarket and Asset Management Contract (AMC) opportunities, and customer satisfaction feedback and retention.
Others: You will be responsible for attending field complaints, handling commissioning calls, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, minimizing turnaround time, and providing inputs for AMC opportunities. This role plays a key part in strengthening customer satisfaction, improving service turnaround time, and driving aftermarket business opportunities.
