Job Opportunity:A technical support specialist is required to provide high-quality incident resolution and customer service.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of customer support
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels
  • Resolve customer issues within target service level agreements
  • Contribute to the internal knowledge base and continuous learning across technology stack
  • Collaborate with software developers and other technical members from the customer side
Key Responsibilities:
  • Minimum experience of 1-3 years in product support business interacting with English-speaking customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good troubleshooting acumen
  • Passion for technology and aptitude to ramp up on technical concepts
  • Ability to work in high-visibility, high-pressure scenarios
  • Flexibility to work rotational 24/7 support shift model, on-call rotation, and off-hours as required
  • Good level of familiarity with ticketing and tech support platforms
  • Collaborative mindset to work closely with core engineering teams daily
  • Proficient with technical problem-solving methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Technical Requirements:
  • Frontend: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery; Good to have: LESS, Twitter Bootstrap, Typescript, SASS, AngularJS/React
  • Backend: Must have: Node.js/ Python/ PHP/ JAVA*; Database: Must have: Working knowledge of SQL queries; With knowledge of one or more of the following databases: Mongo, Postgresql, or any other NoSQL DB knowledge
  • Must have: Basic networking concepts; Basic Linux terminal commands; Knowledge of various HTTP headers, cookies, web APIs, web servers, and SSL; Knowledge of troubleshooting tools such as cURL, Postman, Fiddler, and Chrome Debugger etc.
