
Global Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technical support specialist to join our team in providing exceptional customer service to users across global regions.
This is an exciting opportunity for communicators fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English to work in tech support and contribute to the success of our organization.
- Provide multilingual customer support via phone, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot mobile device and connectivity issues
- Log and manage service tickets accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve service-related issues
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs
The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of experience in international voice process / technical support, excellent communication skills, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a rotational shift environment.
Experience with mobile technologies and ticketing tools is a plus. We value a collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
