Job Title:

Business Development Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to focus on OEM sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing key accounts, a strong understanding of the sales lifecycle, and a knack for new business development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client & Business Development: Manage relationships with key clients, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and handling customer relationships from initial contact to closing.
  • Quotation & Costing: Handle the entire RFQ process, including product costing and cost estimation, preparing accurate and competitive quotations, and leading price negotiations with clients.
  • Technical & Reporting: Be able to read technical drawings and understand product specifications, as well as prepare and analyze MIS reports to track sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
  • Proven, hands-on experience in OEM sales, with a background in the automotive industry.
  • Specific experience in handling key accounts is essential.
  • Experience in RFQ handling, product costing, and price negotiations.
  • The ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Skills:
  • Strong sales and marketing acumen.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in preparing MIS reports and data analysis.
