Key Business Growth Executive
About the Function:
The company is a strategic business unit of a prominent travel industry player, offering seamless access to various travel products.
It empowers travel agent partners across India through innovative solutions, driving growth and success for their businesses.
About the Role:
The Key Business Growth Executive will build the brand in assigned markets, ensuring maximum spread and depth.
They will identify and onboard potential travel agents, ensure platform adoption, and resolve queries for onboarded agents.
The role involves building business partnerships, growing wallet/market share, and ensuring market growth in terms of active travel agent partners, transactions, and value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Relationship Management:
- Connecting and engaging with travel agents
- End-to-end account management and driving sustainable performance
- Sourcing and onboarding new travel agents
- Portfolio Management and Driving Growth:
- Developing business plans to achieve revenue goals
- Maintaining rate competitiveness across multiple platforms
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Establishing and maintaining partner relationships
- Building MIS and market intelligence reports
- Negotiating:
- Networking and deal initiation
- Closing deals with clients
Qualification and Experience:
A Master's degree from a reputable institute with 2-6 years of experience in Sales, Travel Trade, Key Account Management, Contracting, or B2B Sales. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is preferred.
