Job Opportunity: Customer Care Executive

About the Role

This position requires a professional who can drive sales and revenue growth through strategic customer engagement, product demonstrations, and technical consultation.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM tools, and MS Office.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets by generating leads, conducting product presentations, and negotiating pricing and delivery terms with customers.
  2. Promote new and existing products through exhibitions, webinars, and client visits, while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  3. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored tooling solutions, collaborating with design and production teams to ensure feasibility and customization.
  4. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and forecast sales performance, while ensuring smooth order execution with logistics, finance, and service teams.
Requirements
  1. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
  2. 2–6 years of experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably in pharma tooling.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  5. Willingness to travel across Maharashtra and nearby regions.
