Financial Management Professional

Are you driven and enthusiastic about managing financial operations? If your answer is yes, then we are looking for a skilled Financial Management professional. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, generating accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting strategic decision-making.

This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing financial data, identifying discrepancies, and resolving payment issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices accurately and ensure timely delivery to clients.
  • Monitor and track payments from clients, identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients to follow up on outstanding payments and address billing inquiries.
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
  • Prepare detailed reports on accounts receivable status and aging to keep management informed about outstanding balances.
  • Initiate collections efforts by sending reminders and statements, and escalate as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the finance department and cross-functional teams to resolve payment issues and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with experience in financial management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of financial principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
