Job Title: Loan Advisory Professional

Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the loan advisory process, providing exceptional support to students navigating the complexities of international education financing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with new leads, conducting thorough assessments of financial needs and delivering clear explanations of loan options, eligibility criteria, and terms.

  • Pre-qualify students, furnish comprehensive document checklists, and facilitate secure document collection and initial review for accuracy and completeness.

  • Ensure timely submission of accurate loan files to partner vendors, recording all details in the Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships between students and lenders, tracking application status, expediting processes, and providing regular updates.

  • Efficiently address student queries, escalate complex issues to the Team Lead, and guide students through the sanction letter and loan disbursal process.

  • Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records in the LMS and contribute to daily/weekly reports, ensuring seamless operations.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

We seek an individual with 1-2 years of experience in study abroad sales, student loan process, or operations in the loan sector. Proficiency in [insert relevant software/hardware skills] is highly desirable.
