Job Title: Loan Settlement Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Loan Settlement Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in loan settlements and be able to provide expert advice to clients struggling with debt repayment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultation and legal guidance to clients on loan settlement options.
  • Support client acquisition and sales efforts.
  • Draft legal documents and coordinate with financial/legal experts.
  • Manage client interactions to ensure trust and transparency.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Loan Settlement Consultant, you will need to have:
  • A minimum of 6 months of hands-on job experience in the legal/financial domain.
  • Complete knowledge of the settlement negotiation process with banks.
  • Prior experience in handling sales AND closing loan settlements is mandatory.
