Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive-Home Loan Sales, located in Noida. The Executive-Home Loan Sales will be responsible for driving home loan sales by interacting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and providing them with suitable loan options. The role involves consulting clients, explaining loan processes, ensuring proper documentation, coordinating with banks and other financial institutions, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Daily tasks include prospecting, customer engagement, loan application processing, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

- Customer interaction and consulting skills
- Experience in sales and understanding of the loan process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of financial services and loan products
- Relevant experience in the real estate or finance industry is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
