Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Home Loan Specialist.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and sourcing home loan customers through direct channels, builders, developers, and partners.
  • Building and managing a portfolio of home loan clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
  • Understanding customer financial requirements and suggesting appropriate loan solutions.
  • Ensuring end-to-end home loan processing, including documentation, credit appraisal coordination, and timely disbursal.
  • Generating leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
  • Cross-selling banking and third-party products such as insurance and savings accounts.
  • Maintaining regular communication with customers and providing post-sales support.
  • Achieving assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum graduate degree in any field; post-graduation preferred.
  • 1–4 years of experience in home loan or mortgage loan sales.
  • Familiarity with local property markets, builders, and developers.
  • Good understanding of loan eligibility criteria, credit norms, and legal aspects.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
