About the Role:

The role of Loan Advisory Associate is to provide expert guidance to students on loan options and eligibility terms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Engagement: Assess financial needs, explain loan options, and eligibility terms.
  • Application Facilitation: Pre-qualify students, provide document checklists, and assist in secure document collection.
  • File Management: Assemble, log, and submit accurate loan files to partner vendors.
  • Ongoing Support: Liaise between students and lenders, track application status, and expedite processes.
  • Issue Resolution: Address student queries, escalate complex issues, and guide students through sanction letters and loan disbursement.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records in the LMS and contribute to daily/weekly reports.
What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an individual with 1-2 years of experience in study abroad sales, student loan process, or operations in the loan process. The ideal candidate will be proactive in contacting new leads, assessing financial needs, and clearly explaining loan options.
