As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing healthcare access for patients in India's burgeoning fintech/health-tech startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic partnerships with medical professionals and hospitals to drive patient referrals for crowdfunding and medical loans through our platform.
  • Lead and mentor sales teams in the region, ensuring target achievement, field effectiveness, and professional development.
  • Identify new opportunities for crowdfunding and lending by analyzing patient needs and introducing EMI-based financing solutions at partner hospitals.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of our platform by facilitating instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options for hospitals and patients.
  • Establish revenue goals and manage both the crowdfunding and lending pipelines on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Provide continuous market feedback on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to refine our lending solutions.
  • Collaborate with patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered NBFCs/fintech lenders to ensure smooth lending operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the healthcare or startup sectors.
  • Experience in team leadership and sales target achievement.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement.
Preferred (Good to Have):
  • Background in managing large field sales teams or partner networks.
  • Experience in retail financial services (e.g., selling loans, EMIs, insurance).
