Market Access Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Market Access Professional to lead market access activities, ensuring optimal pricing and reimbursement for pharmaceutical products. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement market access strategies to ensure optimal pricing and reimbursement for pharmaceutical products.
  • Conduct market research and health economics analysis to identify market access barriers, pricing trends, and payer requirements.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate evidence supporting product value.
  • Engage with payers, government bodies, and healthcare authorities to negotiate pricing and access conditions.
  • Prepare and submit reimbursement dossiers and pricing applications.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in a related field, such as Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Economics, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement, or a related function within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, pricing & reimbursement pathways, and payer dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
