Senior Security Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Security Specialist to ensure the seamless delivery of client services. This role involves designing, developing, and managing privileged access management (PAM) solutions from BeyondTrust to secure critical systems and infrastructure.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in PAM, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and authentication technologies. As a Senior Security Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting PAM issues, configuring and maintaining privileged account vaults, password rotation policies, and access workflows.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with cloud IAM services, such as Azure and AWS, and will possess expertise in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python for task automation. Additionally, they should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

A professional certification in PAM or IAM would be a plus. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, a structured and independent working style, and excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will work closely with our security teams to implement zero-trust and identity governance models. You will also be responsible for administering and troubleshooting Windows and Linux server environments, including patching, performance tuning, and access control.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage PAM solutions from BeyondTrust to secure critical systems and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot PAM issues, including credential vault failures, session recording errors, and access request failures.
• Configure and maintain privileged account vaults, password rotation policies, and access workflows.
• Integrate PAM solutions with other enterprise systems, such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and ticketing systems.
• Manage Azure privileged access using Entra PIM and Conditional Access.
• Utilize scripting languages like PowerShell or Python to automate routine tasks and reporting.
• Conduct periodic audits, access reviews, and compliance reporting.
• Administer Active Directory, LDAP, and Entra ID environments.
• Enforce MFA, adaptive access policies, and RBAC across hybrid environments.
• Monitor authentication logs, failed login attempts, and security threats.
• Evaluate IAM security policies and regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Collaborate with security teams to implement zero-trust and identity governance models.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environments, including patching, performance tuning, and access control.

Your Ideal Profile:

• 4–12 years of hands-on experience in PAM, IAM, and authentication technologies.
• Strong expertise in BeyondTrust, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and Azure PIM.
• Working knowledge of cloud IAM services (Azure, AWS) and authentication protocols and experience with scripting languages for task automation.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Professional certifications preferred (e.g., BeyondTrust Certified, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, CyberArk Defender).
• Strong problem-solving skills, structured and independent working style.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 managed service environment when required and continuously upgrade technical skills.
