Professional Employee Engagement Leader

Our organization is seeking a skilled Professional who will lead the execution of employee engagement activities across the tech hub, fostering a "great place to work environment"

  • Fully responsible for project managing sponsorships as needed. Deliverables must be executed, cross-functional teams engaged, presence built out, and overall employee participation managed
  • Coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility requests and manage the internal and external donation process
  • Oversee all internal champion committees, driving employee & community engagement activities, campaigns, drives, and events
  • Plan, coordinate, and report status on Tech Hub project-oriented work efforts
  • Ensure that project objectives are defined and met within agreed-upon time, scope, and resource requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure collaboration, implementation, and timeliness of project deliverables
  • Provide general project management assistance, as needed

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree with experience in Project Management, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in community affairs, public relations, or related experience.
  • PMP/PMI certification or solid PM experience recommended; ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent prioritization skills and ability to determine when and how to escalate issues
  • Strong judgment, critical thinking skills, influence, leadership, and integrity
  • Able to establish trust and work inclusively and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with local community, social, and STEM issues
  • Flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
