Job Overview

We are currently seeking talented freshers for our Voice/Data Process team at Mysore.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in Mathematics and Science, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions via voice calls or data processes to deliver outstanding service.
  • Analyze and resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • A degree in B.COM/BBA/MBA/M.COM/B.sc/ M.Sc.-Mathematics & Science (2024 or 2025 graduates).
  • Freshers with no prior experience required, with a strong potential for growth and development.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Able to work in a night shift environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities as needed.
