We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Liaison Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions across various channels, ensuring seamless onboarding processes and maintaining detailed client records.
The role involves coordinating with internal teams for account funding, facilitating all aspects of client interaction, and addressing customer queries or complaints in a timely manner.
In addition, the Customer Liaison Specialist will support the sales team in scaling assets under management and handle basic branch administration tasks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Handle all levels of interaction with customers and partners via phone, email, and meetings.
- Facilitate all aspects of client interaction, including onboarding and relationship management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for account funding and document client interactions for future evaluation.
- Maintain ongoing relations with customers, addressing complaints and resolving issues.
- Support the sales team in scaling AUM and handle branch-related administrative work.
- Graduation from any stream with relevant experience in customer service.
- 2+ Years' experience in customer service in PMS/Bank/MF environment.
- Fluent in English and good writing and verbal communication skills.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Positive and uplifting attitude.
- Team Player and Relationship building skills.
