Job Overview:

The Assistant Manager-Strategic Programs is a vital role that supports the Country Head in delivering strategic program agendas, managing programs, and reporting across various initiatives. This position acts as a strategic enabler for employee-centric initiatives such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and volunteering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management and Governance:
    • Ensure alignment of key projects with the organization's strategic roadmap, report progress, risks, and benefits to senior leadership.
    • Maintain a centralized program documentation repository, define program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)/Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and track governance forum actions.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility & Employee Engagement:
    • Anchoring CSR governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication across locations.
    • Partnering with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and internal CSR committees to evaluate, track, and present CSR initiatives, including funding proposals, volunteering drives, and employee participation metrics.
  • Reporting and Communication:
    • Creating and managing dashboards, trackers, and reporting packs for project reviews and governance meetings.
    • Designing high-quality presentations and visual content to support internal and external communications.

Requirements:

  • A university degree related to Business Administration, Operations, or Project Management.
  • 8+ years of total experience, including at least 5 years in program/project management or governance roles in financial services, consulting, or regulated environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
