Job Description

This role involves managing a portfolio of corporate clients, developing tailored financial solutions, and leading the structuring and negotiation of credit proposals.

Key responsibilities include cross-selling banking products, monitoring risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to execute deals and prepare financial analysis.

The successful professional in this position will identify new business opportunities, attend industry events, and maintain strong market visibility. Additionally, they will report pipeline and performance metrics to senior leadership.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is required, with an MBA/CFA being advantageous.
  • 5-10 years of experience in corporate or commercial banking, relationship management, or investment banking is necessary.
  • Proven track record in managing large corporate clients and structuring financial deals is essential.
  • Strong credit analysis and financial modeling skills are required.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are necessary for success.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, credit structuring, and regulatory requirements is crucial.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams is vital.
