Customer Retention Specialist

As a seasoned customer retention specialist, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating meaningful relationships with customers and driving subscription purchases. This dynamic 6-month contract position requires an individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills to excel in this capacity.

This specialized role involves proactively engaging with customers whose trials have expired, facilitating timely purchases, and efficiently resolving outstanding overages. You will work closely with our CRM system to ensure seamless customer interactions and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Contact customers to resolve outstanding overages or encourage subscription purchases post-trial expiration.
  2. Process orders promptly after the customer reaches out and sends purchase confirmation.
  3. Coordinate account suspensions for non-response as needed, ensuring proper documentation.
  4. Maintain detailed records of follow-ups and interactions.
  5. Generate reports on key performance metrics including conversion rates from trials to purchases and accounts suspended due to non-response.

With your analytical prowess and business acumen, you will be instrumental in tracking performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions to drive growth.
