At Movate, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries, and maintaining high levels of accuracy in all activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing new orders for accuracy and completeness
  • New order processing on a web-based system
  • Customer enquiry clarifications
  • Maintaining service levels and high levels of accuracy
  • Placing orders with partners on a web-based order processing system; monitoring the status of these orders, taking appropriate action depending on the status.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy with respect to all activities.
  • Ensuring that customer requirements are met on a timely basis; and maintaining accurate records of activities in our internal systems.

Qualification Criteria:

  • Any Degree

Technical Skills Requirements:

  • Experience entering data using an alphanumeric keyboard and verifying/proofing entered data.
  • Skill in reviewing, proofing and verifying data.
  • Able to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Comfortable working with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment; A creative problem-solver.
  • Knowledge of basic computer operations.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated in the performance of sometimes repetitive duties with very low room for error.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience entering data using an alphanumeric keyboard and verifying/proofing entered data
  • Skill in reviewing, proofing and verifying data
  • Able to learn new concepts quickly
  • Comfortable working with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative problem-solver
  • Knowledge of basic computer operations

  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office a plus
  • Prior experience with salesforce.com a plus
